Here’s a ginger recipe but you can switch the ginger for garlic making it slightly different.

Ingredients:

1 ½ pounds (750g) of chicken breast meat.
1 onion, sliced thinly
1 bell pepper, red - actually you can use any color you want.
1 inch of fresh organic ginger, minced.
1 can of Root Beer!
Salt, pepper and any other spices you like.

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 350F or 220C , place the chicken breasts in a casserole dish and simply add all the ingredients! (pour the Root Beer and watch it foam!),cover the dish and place the chicken casserole in the oven for 35-45 minutes until the chicken is moist and tender after the 45 minutes uncover the dish and let it broil for about 10 more minutes.

Take the dish with the chicken breasts out of the oven, let it cool for a bit.

Eat with delight!
